  • Food Products: Due to the nature of our products, which include food items such as flours, seeds, honey, and syrups, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened. We encourage customers to carefully review their order before completing the purchase.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, we will gladly offer a return or exchange. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate the process. We may request a photo of the damaged item or packaging for verification purposes.
  • Non-Food Products: For non-food items (such as containers or equipment), we accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue, including any photos if applicable.
  • Our team will guide you through the return process, and if the item qualifies for a return, we will provide you with return instructions.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • For Damaged/Defective Items: If your product was damaged or defective, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • For Other Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for items that are being returned for reasons other than damage or defects.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process after the return is received.
